Responsible for sales and sales support on AT&T suite of IP, Hosting, and wireless products. This includes Business Voice over IP, Internet access, Web Hosting, MPLS and Internet security services. Currently supporting 3 Account Managers in the South Florida area.

Responsible for training and providing sales support for AT&T’s full suite of IP products. This includes Internet access, Business Voice over IP, Collocation, Web Hosting, MPLS, and Internet security services. Managed the larger IP projects for the center including a 200+ site Ethernet Internet access order.

Responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns as well as interviewing and hiring over 50 Account Managers for the South Florida region. Designed and lunched specific sales campaigns to combat local competition. The Sales Center performed 115% above quota.

Responsible for training, selling, and ordering BellSouth emerging technologies: Dedicated Internet Access, Web Hosting, Colocation, MPLS and BellSouth Long Distance. Lead person for large opportunities involving these products. Support role for up to 22 Account Executives; ranked #1 C.A.S. for Florida in 2001, 2002, and 2003.

Responsible for maintaining 250 small business accounts in Florida. Achieved 100% of yearly quota while selling BellSouth voice, data, and Internet services. BellSouth Navigator Award-Sense of Urgency.

Trained as a database engineer (EWSD). Responsible for writing software to support telephone-switching equipment. Six months of intensive telephony training. Areas of experience include: ISDN, packet data and centrex.

Responsible for supervising staff of over fifty full and part-time employees. Direct supervision of staff included: sales supervisors; production supervisors; customer service agents; facility and equipment maintenance personnel and administrative staff. Operation doubled in size and productivity during tenure. Location generated 1.6 million dollars gross revenue per month. Public speaking and monthly staff presentations. Developed skills in resource management, forecasting, customer relations, staffing, administration and production. After completing the training program, steady progression from supervisor to manager.
