The Maximo Delivery Architects assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand. A Delivery Architect needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge.

IBM Maximo 7.5 ACM Implementation & Training:In partnership with IBM Corporation, provided business process, functional consulting, technical configuration support, and end user training to assist with the implementation of Maximo ACM for the US Army Aviation Training operation located at Carins Field adjacent to Ft. Rucker, AL. In partnership with IBM Corporation, provided business process, functional consulting, technical configuration support, and end user training to assist with the implementation of Maximo ACM for the USAF C-21 (Learjet) program.In partnership with the Camber Corporation, Implemented Maximo (6.2 then later upgraded to 7.5) to provide Camber Corp. with the ability to manage maintenance and track the supply chain effort as it relates to critically deployed assets in the CBRNE (Chemical, Biological, Radioactive, Nuclear, Explosive) arena for their USMC and Army customers.Sr. Maximo Consultant in the upgrade for the National Park Service from Maximo 4.0 to 6.2. This Maximo implementation supporting over 400 individual park units, 7 regional offices, and over 2,000 users. • Analyze and define current business processes• Customize Maximo’s functionality to meet customers’ requirement by using such tools as: ‘Database Configuration’, ‘Application Designer’, ‘Workflow’, ‘Escalations’ and ‘Cron Tasks’.• Provide subject matter expertise in areas of asset maintenance and reliability reporting• Provide subject matter expertise in areas of inventory management and purchasing.• Develop and present training curriculums.• Team lead for the Maximo implementation and upgrade.• Provide upper tier Help Desk support to assist the clients’ internal Help Desk support group.• Lead working groups to define and develop better business processes.

Vectren Energy, Sr. Consultant during the implementation of the Maximo 6.2 Transmission and Distribution (T&D) industry solution. • Documenting current business process and then define how those (legacy) process would be performed in Maximo• Streamlined current workflow processes to make information gathering more consistent• Hosted Work Shops and End User interviews to consolidate and remove processes that where either unwarranted or were being duplicated by more than on group• Incorporated changes and modifications in Maximo using ‘Database Configuration’, Application Designer’ and ‘Workflow’. These modifications helped to encourage greater acceptance of the applications by the End User• Developed Testing Scripts that were to be used for Acceptance and Regression Testing

Sr. Consultant and Implementation Lead during the upgrades from Maximo 4.1.1 to 6.2. • Review current use of 4.1.1 and provide suggestions on improving current business processes in order to maximize the benefits of upgrading to 6.1• Review all customizations made to 4.1.1 and match those to similar functionality in 6.1 to minimize customizations
