FocusKeith M. Eigel, Ph.D. focuses on adult development and leadership effectiveness, incorporating all aspects of the person (work, family, and belies) into the leader’s developmental journey. BackgroundFor over twenty-five years, Dr. Keith Eigel has been focused on growing leaders across corporate, nonprofit, ministry, family, and educational settings. He co-authored The Map, a book designed to guide leaders on their paths to effectiveness in leadership, life, and legacy. Dr. Eigel also heads up the team at The Leaders Lyceum, an organization dedicated to facilitating the growth of executive and next generation leaders. Dr. Eigel has worked with a variety of clients including Fortune 100 and other industry leading organizations in high tech, manufacturing, financial and service industries, as well as many private, educational, and non-profit organizations. He has developed curriculum, coached and consulted with individual leaders, facilitated mission and change integration, and conducted executive assessments for both hiring and development. His breadth of understanding in a variety of organizational settings enhances the interactive and applied nature of The Leaders Lyceum experience. Dr. Eigel received his Masters and Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Georgia. His research interests have been focused on adult development and leadership effectiveness, incorporating all aspects of the person (work, family, and beliefs) into the leader's developmental journey. Working with colleagues from the University of Georgia and Harvard, his research and subsequent validation has contributed to some of the most important thinking in leadership research around the world. Dr. Eigel and his wife Leigh headquarter their varying influence with their four children from their Atlanta, Georgia home.
