About Keith Macdonald

My coaching helps clients in a positive, meaningful way. I work mainly with business leaders, creating strong awareness of how people can grow with their business. Through intensive training and practice, I’ve seen the hugely positive effect coaching has on people, and what a powerful way it is in helping people move forward. in 2018 I took time out and studied for a professional coaching qualification. In 2019 I undertook further intensive executive coaching training with The Rubicon Partnership, and through my practice I’ve seen what a powerful tool coaching is for helping people in business. I now focus on executive coaching, providing guidance, encouragement and challenge to business leaders.
