CurrentThrough collaborative engagement, I partner closely with external stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and challenges, ensuring a cohesive approach to talent acquisition is achieved.Responsible for growing and leading our Finance, Marketing, HR, Procurement, Engineering, Construction & Property, Technology and Business Support Divisions. • Handle retained assignments, focusing on senior-level and board appointments• Market mapping and search activities• As a member of the Hays UK&I Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion board, I contribute to the execution of goals that are in line with PLC DE&I policies• As Compliance Director, I am responsible for certifying that our Scottish business meets all regulatory requirements and internal policy• I lead teams in pioneering recruitment strategies, leveraging a variety of channels including career websites, referrals, social media, AI, networking, direct marketing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Odro video technology, market mapping, and executive search• Create and implement training programs and seminars for both internal and external audiences, addressing topics such as advanced presentation skills, counter offer management, interview preparation, advanced management training, effective sales techniques, and competency-based interviewing• I collaborate with senior clients to devise recruitment strategies, perform comprehensive talent evaluations, and carry out market mapping projects, with a keen focus on pinpointing senior-level talents and expertise• Extensive experience of reviewing, drafting and presenting Invitations to Tender (ITT), Requests for Information (RFI) and recruitment proposals
