I have over 30 years experience as a family law solicitor and head the litigation department of JPC Law. I am also a Resolution Mediator.Resolution Mediators are family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. As a Resolution Mediator, I encourage solutions that consider the needs of the whole family - and in particular the best interests of children.My main area of expertise is matrimonial law specialising in high value ancillary relief cases where I am used to negotiating large family settlements and, where necessary, pursuing litigation and/or dispute resolution.I also have extensive experience of commercial litigation dealing with high value cases as well as international disputes and complex property litigation.Specialties: Dealing with disputes can be difficult, time consuming and expensive. My approach is to cut through issues, identifying what is most important, and wherever possible bringing people together to resolve matters through dialogue.Where it is essential to resort to litigation, I am proactive and resourceful, invariably one step ahead. I make use of the tools of modern litigation to avoid protracted and expensive procedures.
