The best job I will ever have. During my college summers, I worked as a Class III-IV whitewater rafting and climbing guide in the Arkansas Valley. My second summer I checked out as a Trip Leader, certified by the state of Colorado to lead trips of 40-60 people and be head boat in charge of up to 8 rafts on a trip. To date, I have about 1500 commercial river miles. Wilderness First Responder (WFR), Advanced Wilderness First Aid (AWFA), CPR, and swift-water rescue certified.
