Manage a portfolio of leased properties for the credit union. In addition I have worked on location criteria, branch prototyping and project management. The credit union self manages 14 of its 18 locations and we do this through internal resources and outside contractors.

Burnaby BC Hydro

As an outsourced resource for BC Hydro, I managed 16 major facilities comprising of 2 Million sqaure feet Managed a staff of 65 including an in house housekeeping group, building operators, property managers and support staff.This was the first facility management contract for Compass in Canada and this enabled the addition of the BCIT contract.

At Trammell Crow, I was an outsourced resource for PMC Sierra where I managed 12 staff and approximately 14 properties throughout North America. This involved general facility management, space planning and project management at all R&D centres.

At Household Finance, I looked after a property portfolio of up to 450 properties across Canada,Managed the purchasing department who sourced all furniture, office equipment, supplies and forms for the branch network with a spend of over 10 million annually. Managed forms design, printing, mail and admin support departments.

Managed a mixed portfolio of branches and corporate facilities with the majority of them being owned. Managed all purchasing activities for the credit union as well as physical security, administration and in house maintenance group.
