Through his work with Hanson Plc, Keith created master plans and entitled other large communities on the Central Coast and Northern California. While working with KBHome and later with Taylor Woodrow Homes during the 1990’s Keith directed and managed the land acquisition and entitlements for new housing communities and commercial developments throughout the SF Bay Area. Keith Co-Founded Urban Community Partners in 2001 and then Co-Founded UrbanMix Development in 2017 to focus on ground up Development of Mixed Use/Mixed Income/Mixed Mobility neighborhoods focused in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. At both firms, Keith has focused on developing and consulting for mixed income, mixed use, walkable & sustainable communities. Keith has worked on several military base re-use projects, urban renewal/infill projects and major Public Private partnerships including East Garrison located on the former Fort Ord in Monterey, CA, Hamilton Air Base in Novato, CA, Alameda Point, CA and the Great Park in Orange County.
