Director of Coaching Canton Youth Soccer - Director of Coastal North FC- Running, organizing and over seeing the every day running of 7 club teams. Coordinating practice and game days, curriculum development, communication with teams, coaches and players.Camp director- Organizing and running day camps. Taking registration, organizing coaches and session plans. Making sure every person involved maintains a high energy, fun and enthusiastic time in camp.Coaching- Working with all age groups and ability levels from 3-18 years oldLittle Kickers- Run sessions aimed at building upon the fundamental skills (running, jumping, throwing, catching, kicking). needed by youths in sport in a fun, creative, imaginative and energetic way In town sessions- Liaise with town coordinators and coaches to developing curriculum and sessions that are specific for the needs of that team. Tactical and technical plays working on team structures, formations and team development.Club-Working with good ability players who are always wanting to improve as individuals and as a team. Two team sessions a week, skills practices, player development, game responsibility's on SundaysAdministration- Regularly meeting with senior staff setting goals for my individual targets, targets of the business and the club. Answering and making phone calls, filing, sending emails, promotional work as well as taking registrations for all programs.
