My role as I.T. Manager is to manage all of PFL's I.T. issues for their 3 branches in Limerick, Dublin and Belfast. Project: Coordinating the setting up of our own eCommerce web shop.Completed or Ongoing Projects and Tasks:Managing our external network administration consultants for the 3 depots.Coordination of systems and software updates. Oversaw of upgrading the company servers to handle changing software from Sage (Accounting Package) to Intact iQ (Business Intelligence and Customer Relations Specialist Software). Intact can be totally personalised to each operative in the company depending on roles, personal preferences and administration rights. It was my task to lay out the administration rights and personalisation for each of the 26 roles in the company and insuring they were implemented as specified.Web development for the company. I was the programmer for all of the programming and updating of all the company websites. PFL had their own large website and 3 smaller product websites with more at design stage. I have prototyped and reviewed quotes for the implementation of an e-commerce website capable of handling 13,000+ products.Scheduling new works and reported ongoing works.Regularly researching and reviewing software and apps that may be of benefit to PFL. I created reports and cost analysis for each piece of software reviewed.Being the PFL point of contact for all I.T. queries.

I was a Project Manager at this company and I worked on many high profile projects during my time with them.I worked on Intel, Athlone Town Centre (and Sheraton Hotel), Elan, Wyeth, Coca Cola projects just to name a few.
