The Human Resources (HR) Business Partner serves as a liaison between the assigned business unit(s) and the Human Resources Department. This position works directly with management and employees to define the HR needs and objectives of the Operators and collaborates with the HR leadership team to determine the best ways to achieve them. The HR Business Partner administers various HR plans and procedures and ensures the property maintains compliance with all corporate, federal, state and any of seven (7) Collective Bargaining Agreements, employment requirements. The HR Business Partner supports the Property culture to align with its' individual brand while also supporting the One Company Culture of MGM Resorts International. All duties are performed in accordance with property and MGM Resorts International policies, practices and procedures.

Call processing and dispatching for County; six Law Enforcement agencies, twenty two Fire Departments and two EMS agencies.

Operational responsibility for 1,700 acre conference center and camp. Housing capacity of 1,000. Operation of on site water systems with three wells, 100,000 Gallon water storage, chlorine gas water purification, waste treatment facility, all maintenance of facilities and equipment. Responsible for all aspects of Game protection, training of new team members, asset tracking and interaction with property executive team in maintaining my support role to all other departments.

• Member of Executive Management Team; reviewing all budget and property related direction and decisions, implemented company standards, policies and procedures.• Lead Surveillance Operations for hotel and gaming operations for two resorts• Identified the IT needs for the surveillance operations and developed those with IT management for the improved performance of the surveillance team• Train and develop staff in the organizational culture, guest service and surveillance and security departmental standards. • Saved the company approximately $750,000.00 through our surveillance efforts in resolution of gaming and theft prevention. • Responsible for the conceptualization, design and overseeing installation of new surveillance and security systems. Each system consisted of more than 1,000 cameras and budgets were in excess of 2 million dollars.
