Overall Operational responsibility for $230M+ Business Unit overseeing all manufacturing (P/L) activities, supply chain, purchasing, planning and logistics on significant scales both domestically and internationally. Manages department of 400+ employees consisting of salaried staff, skilled assemblers, and machinists across 12 global manufacturing facilities for highly configured, short cycled electronic and mechanical assemblies.

Leads Global Operational Excellence initiatives and Supply Chain strategy for all spend related to product, services and capital for the $850M+ MCT Division of Ametek. Accountable for leading Lean Supply Chain and Manufacturing activity having a direct positive impact towards operational and margin improvement. Executes Operational Due Diligence and Business Integration initiatives for target Acquisitions of the Division.

Responsible for development and execution of operational strategy with hands-on, tactical management in the areas of Operations Management, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, Facility Management, Teambuilding, Customer Service Enhancement and Logistics for leading global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices. Managed multiple site manufacturing operations and key member of $120M Business Unit Management Team supporting company goals of maximizing profit, reducing working capital, increasing operational performance and improving customer service levels.
