Oversees Central Maintenance Utilities. Works with several other managers to coordinate PM's, repairs and upgrades of the plant's utilities with all departments at Lone Star Tubular Operations. Also assists in departmental upgrades and installations of new equipment to promote cost savings at LSTO.

Instill a Reliability Centered Maintenance Culture throughout the facility. Work with all of the Divisions at LSTO to achieve world class results and financial impacts of RCM. Lead the preventative and predictive maintenance program for all applicable manufacturing units. Works directly with Corporate Reliability Assurance and Division Managers of Operation. Assure that the maintenance planning and scheduling functions meet the operational requirements of the business plan. Responsible for RCM practices are implemented across the maintenance / operation organization. Responsible for aligning top level and bottom level personnel with RCM requirements to ensure there is an understanding and an acceptance of its goals. Serve as local champion for Corporate RCM program. Establish a platform for troubleshooting of plant maintenance problems and establish Preventative and Predictive Maintenance procedures facility wide. direct and coordinate multiple department CMMS. Train personnel and develop RCM program. Work with planning managers and Reliability Engineers to help establish equipment criticality's, Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Equipment Maintenance Plans, and track their effectiveness.
