Team consisted of Hybris consultants, Internal and contract staff. Presenting bi Creation of eComm Operations team, bi-weekly updates to the IT board. Built eComm team (covering 24x7 support of application, database and infrastructure for main Travis Perkins brands, recruited staff and mentored my replacementLed a mixed team of permanent and offshore staff to significantly increase throughput and performance of both Hybris, backend systems and third parties to support peak trading periods. Deployment of business and technical monitoring and alerting strategy, deployment of dynatrace, stackdriver, etc. Business outcome was a threefold commercial improvement of peak trading revenue, significant uplift in conversion and customer experienceTransitioned eComm operations team into Engineering and created a single DevOps/ support capability with a two week delivery cadence consisting of 15 staff. Leveraging the companies strategic move to AWS in the areas of performance, infrastructure as code, security and fully automated test and production pipelines. Coached and developed permanent replacementNumerous other business and IT improvements including end to end delivery pipeline review that identified £2.38m p.a. savings, review and recommendations of strategic contracts and on boarding of further Travis Perkins brands to Hybris
