Independent Financial Advisors are true entrepreneurs and the profession involves navigating a robust market of investment products to meet client needs as well as managing and operating their business.My goal is to work alongside our advisors and first showcase successful client engagement through Financial Planning and uncovering client’s short and long-term goals. Second, create scalable implementation to meet desired outcomes and achieve investment goals. This involves navigating top advisory programs & tools and highlighting best-in-class investment managers that will meet advisor and client expectations. Communicating the role of each investment manager or product back to the Financial Plan helps clients understand their investments and better understand the level of risk they should take to achieve their goals. This steers client conversations in a better direction, away from benchmarks that may be irrelevant to their portfolio and risk level, and back to their Financial Plan. With this level of understanding against risk and time horizon, clients are more engaged and are more likely to stay the course to increase their investment success while providing referrals to their advisor and contributing to the advisor’s organic growth.
