• Effectively applying the servant leader concepts, putting the needs of employees first and helping them to perform at the highest level possible• Responsible for all maintenance activities in the region • Effectively communicate across departments to ensure positive support of FAA Part 135 operations• Serve as a mentor for personnel and assist in troubleshooting and aircraft systems knowledge• Train personnel in utilizing proper procedures and the appropriate documentation processes • Ensure appropriate scheduling of maintenance to ensure maximum aircraft availability; including internal depot level maintenance and outside vendor services as required • Assist personnel in utilizing strategies that maximize time between inspections• Liable to form and track annual budgetary spending at the operational and capital expenditure levels• Responsible to ensure bases are adequately stocked with the necessary equipment, parts, and tooling with discernment for budgetary limitations • Schedule personnel to ensure maximum support in the region while supplementing vacation schedules and specialized training• Accountable to track and submit payroll hours
