Main responsibilities as follows:• To grow showroom sales & personal sales while providing overall leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the showroom. • Implement new a sales process and structures to streamline the overall process• Implement new ordering and pricing & crm systems • Source reliable and quality suppliers to meet the standards of the company• Source, recruit, coach and motivate staff to grow showroom sales • Meeting and exceeding companies KPI’s including kitchen sales, appliances sales, wardrobe sales, kitchen orders, wardrobe orders, levels of errors, average ticket values, conversion rates.• Foster a winning team culture. • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.• Forecast sales trends / volumes. • Building strong customer relationships using an effective consultative selling approach to maximize the levels of sales opportunities.• Develop and report on sales information including pipeline and retentions plans• Management Reporting and sales tracking.• Development of information driven marketing campaigns both above and below the line to drive sales.• Maximize profit enhancement to the business by negotiating ‘price’ issues where relevant.• Ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.• Demonstrate a strong drive to operate and engage with cross functional teams to deliver ongoing improvements (BDE’s/Merchandisers/Sales Offices/Logistics/Finance/Supply Chain/HR etc.)• Managing a team of sub-contractors to deliver a high level of customer service at all times including twelve kitchen fitters and four delivery personnel. • Manage effective cash handling and banking procedures.• Manage customer’s complaints professionally.• Maximize customer satisfaction, development & retention.• Field sales through meeting clients on site.
