I am a hard working, self-motivated individual that made the switch from Software Engineering to Business Development and have moved into Management overseeing TQA's IT and supporting the BD and Proposal lines of business. As an Engineer, I recognized the importance of Software Quality, Reliability and Security and how it can reflect on a company. Who wants to go to a demo only to have their code fail in front of a customer or take a full day to deploy a fix to a live system?
