Social Worker worked at LifeLine /ChildLine, Namibia. The Social Worker 's duties were to provide counselling to children, youths and adults on social challenges such as Alcohol and Dangerous Substance Abuse, Teenage Pregnancy, Bullying, HIV, AIDS and giving social skills as well. Marriage counselling was also given to adults. Social Worker toured with the OYO Dance Troupe and giving counselling to learners faced with social challenges that are impeding their growth and performance in school as well as in their home environments. Social Worker had a successful awareness campaign which he incorporated a multi-disciplinary team from the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Security and other Social Workers on the issue of Gender Based Violence, Teenage Pregnancy and HIV and AIDS.

Facilitating workshops to the youths, empowering youths with knowledge, skills as well as techniques to take them through their life journeys. Aim is to make them have informed choices, make them aware of social issues that are impeding them to aquire their goals and to become productive citizens. Topics such as positive communication, my life journey, financial education ect.

A certified Program Facilitator for I-TECH Namibia under CDC, the USA on Families Matter! Program. This program 's goals are to strengthen the caregivers/parents ability to protect their children's health and to help them reach their adulthood safely, increase parents/caregivers awareness about risks and pressures children face, also encourages parent/caregivers to take an active role in educating their children about sex-related issues early. The program also supports parents/caregivers in gaining knowledge, comfort, skills, and confidence to talk to their children about sex and sex-related issues. The program also supports parents/caregivers in communicating their own values to their children. The program helps strengthen the parent/caregiver skills so that they can help protect their children from health risks and pressures they may face in adolescence. The program also encourages parents/caregivers to share information from this program with their friends and families with its main aim to empower both parents/caregivers with knowledge, techniques, and skills to protect their children from the risks like teenage pregnancy, contracting STIs, HIV & AIDS hence achieving their life goals. I facilitate this program to the parents and caregivers of adolescents in Windhoek, Namibia.

Change Agent is a business wing of ChildLine/LifeLine which offers training on topics such as Emotional Wellbeing & Relationships, Organizational Change/Trauma, Stress-Work/Life Balance, HIV, Suicide Prevention, Gender Sensitivity and Conflict & Communication. I have been roped into the organisation as a free-lance facilitator.
