Lead for the Flight Preparation department delivering the highest quality aircraft to our customers. Incorporate and implement 5S and Lean concepts, as well as Kaizen projects to better enhance the work/production environment with an emphasis on safety, on time delivery and excellent customer satisfaction in the product they receive. Directly coordinate the efforts of 16 Flight Prep technicians carrying out daily and weekly production requirements on "On Time" delivery of customer aircraft.

Responsible for the Supervision, Training, Payroll, Budget and Maintenance Department activities including 140 various production machines required for day to day operations and production requirements. Oversee LOTOTO/ARC Flash Programs, all OSHA requirements to include training and compliance, and various Michelin programs.

Responsible for the education, training, development and leadership skills with the youth of today to help develop our leaders for tomorrow. Instructs various courses of Naval Science, creates Drill and physical training platforms for cadets and initiates numerous programs required by the NJROTC Program.

Maintenance Control Supervisor--Supervised, managed and coordinated efforts of over 185 maintenance personnel in support of aircraft maintenance, aircrew training, and mission accomplishment while ensuring all safety guidelines and regulations were strictly adhered to with zero defects or injuries. Scheduled required hourly/calendar day inspections, and ensured all maintenance requirements and inspections met or exceeded the quality standards.Quality Assurance Leading Supervisor--Ensured all technicians adhered to strict quality guidelines, training requirements and safety at all levels of maintenance. Qualified as inspector for mechanics, airframes, electrical, avionics, and oxygen servicing. Completed Operational Risk Management facilitator training to ensure personnel were educated and versed in the proper risk identification and management involved with aircraft repair and maintenance.Avionics Technician--Highly qualified in troubleshooting and repair of complex avionics systems to include: UHF/VHF/HF Radio systems, RADAR, TACAN, ADF, ILS, GPS and various other avionics components on aircraft and at a repair facility level. Qualified as a 2m Micro/Miniature Solder repair specialist inspector and completed training in wire and connector repair. Recruiter--Managed the daily efforts of multiple personnel in the recruitment, qualification and enlistment of personnel for military service. Recruitment station of the year for 2012, and numerous additional awards for superior efforts. Completed Operational Risk Management facilitator training and instructed over 100 personnel on ORM principles and safety aspects as it applies to the workplace.Instructor--During tour as a P-3C Misc. Communications Instructor and NAS Jacksonville, was responsible for the development, quality of material and overall course effectiveness for several avionics courses. Developed or modified over 14 different courses and instructed for 3 years to numerous military personnel.
