Certified Photo Editor with Mendr utilizing an Editor account on the Mendr.com website. I continue working website job boards (Freelancer, 99designs, Crowdspring, etc…). I submit company banner/logos for consideration. I also offer Web Site Design. The idea is to build a reputation to gain credibility and experience when bidding web site jobs as well as the banner/logo aspect. This is more of a way to gain a lot of quick experience going up against professional designers for immediate feedback. This along with extensive work on an array of Adobe tools for the added knowledge to my Web/Graphics Design and Maintenance Certificate has proven invaluable for my growth.

Note: I was pursuing other interests during the period of 9/13-4/15 before returning- Charged with the daily P&L and the supervision of Union Steel Workers within the Process Forge/Final Inspection areas (repairing and/or prepping forgings for either the next forging operating or the final finish process.) as well as the Weld groups (including Cold Flash, CNC Burn, Plasma Burn and Hot & Cold table burns) while attaining all World-Class Safety and Quality goals. - In addition to my Process Supervisor duties the rotating night shift includes, but is not limited to, resource management, problem solving and overall nightly health of the additional areas of Machine Shop, Heat Treat, Shipping/Receiving Dock and all “Finish Goods” Final Inspection Areas (i.e. Dimentional, Sonic, Magniflux, Machine Layout, etc).

I began my career with Digital as an Electromechanical Inspector I and spent the next two years(84-86) learning all of the equipment and parts as I moved through Inspector II to Inspector III. I was then promoted to Production Scheduler I and began working with Production Control and Customer Service scheduling all of the production floor and both the incoming and outgoing inspections areas as I progressed over a six year (86-92) period through Scheduler II to Production Planner III. I then took all of my knowledge I had amassed and became the Sr. (1st Shift) Production Supervisor of all of the Test and Inspection areas (92-95) until we closed the functions we were providing and I moved on to the Wafer Fabs in Hudson, Ma. Wafer Fabrication as an Operations Manager - Worked in three different Fabs covering most areas of both the “Front end” and “Back end” of the overall Fab operations.• Supervising up to 35 Process, Equipment & Manufacturing Technicians in above listed areas within a clean room environment (Class 10, 100 & 1,000). • Owner of daily Safety, Quality, PM & Productivity execution, Cycle Counting, Planning and accountability reporting for shift.• Training to POR (Plan of Record), career development (equipment vendors training allocation/planning), performance & salary management, discipline & discharge for shift personnel.• Internal & external ISO area representative for backend business operations.• 7-Step (Problem solving), ATAC (Accelerated Tool Action), Five “Whys”, Module Teams, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, On-Shift Team & SLAS (Safety Line Audit System) leadership, instruction and coaching.• Shift Safety Officer, Safety Team Leader & Instructor.• Recruitment of technicians for both the Fab and Sort areas of operation utilizing Behavioral Interviewing methodology. This included both internal phone activities as well as traveling on recruiting trips. • Intel University certified in the instruction of both the Fab and Sort areas.

Honorably discharged after serving onboard two nuclear powered fast-attack submarines. Officially certified a Military Veteran (Protected Veteran Status).• Duties included maintaining all financial & inventory control of all boat repair parts and consumables.• Lead Helmsman (All special ops.), “Topside Watch” and “Alert Force” responder (Both armed).• During this time I was required to hold a Secret clearance for my position on-board the Bergall as Nuclear Supply Liaison.• Completion of my “A” school in Inventory Control and Financial Recordkeeping.• Completion of Submarine Training School with the eventual Qualification of Submarines (Dolphins) while serving on-board the USS Bergall (SSN-667).• Completion of Nuclear Weapons Supply School and assigned boats sole supply representative.• Qualified Helmsman and appointed Lead Helmsman by the Boats Commander.• Qualified Topside Watch and Back-up Alert Force requiring Qualification on the 45 Cal. Pistol and M16.• Certified as Nuclear Weapons Supply Liaison required to hold a Secret Clearance.
