About Keith Oliver

One day my dad brought home a cow.He walked through the door with a cow printed Gateway PC box. In retrospect, this was great marketing by Gateway because of the way it grabbed and held the attention of many, including myself. As we unpacked and set-up our new PC, I could not contain my enthusiasm. Before I could begin my journey of exploration, the PC had to first be plugged into the phone jack, which sat conveniently behind the desk in our living room.My father’s purchase was the gateway for my path to information technology. I’ve always been an early adapter of technology, seeking ways to utilize it to enhance the way things are done, regardless of the task or size. I find excitement in project initiation and planning to project execution and closeout. Whether it's introducing a colleague to a new software application, to accomplish a task more efficiently or interviewing customers to identify requirements for an IT solution to be implemented. Solving problems with technology is a true passion. I challenge myself, with the use of information technology, to change the mindset of “this is the way things have always been done”.
