Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead assigned to Bell Helicopter to concept, design and procure assembly tools, using Catia V6, for Bell's Rapid Prototype Department and Invictus 360 program. Duties involve communication with manufacturing engineers, Airframe structures department, Stress department and other engineering groups to provide AIT's tool manufacturing department with information and direction throughout the tool manufacturing and delivery process. Further duties include assisting in factory floor set-up of the assembly line. Prior programs include the V280 and 247 prototype helicopters.

IPT lead assigned to Bell Helicopter to develop assembly tools and process requirements for Bell's V280 prototype helicopter. Duties include corresponding with Mechanical Engineers, Stress Engineers and the structural design department to provide Kuka's tool manufacturing department with direction and assistance throughout the design and manufacturing process of the assembly tooling for the Nacelles and final assembly.

IPT lead assigned to Bell Helicopter to develop assembly tools and process requirements for Bell's 525 Relentless 16 passenger helicopter. Duties include corresponding with Mechanical Engineers, Stress Engineers and the structural design department to provide Kuka's tool manufacturing department with direction and assistance throughout the design and manufacturing process of the assembly tooling.

Manufacturing Engineer Tool Planner for Bell Helicopter in Hurst Texas to use Visiprise and Enovia computer programs to create manufacturing plans, tool plans and tool orders. Duties involve research of why manufacturing tools are not functioning properly and communicating with the tool suppliers to determine a course of action to repair or replace the non-conforming tools. Responsibilities also include writing, modifying and updating manufacturing plans which are used to instruct the production shop and part suppliers of how to manufacture aircraft production parts and tools.

Tool Design Engineer assigned to the Boeing 747-8 freight aircraft program located at the Marshall Street facility in Grand Prairie Texas. Duties include working with planners, design engineers and manufacturing personnel to concept and design new assembly tools for the Boeing 747-8 freighter program. Responsibilities include utilization of Catia V4 and V5

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for design and implementation of tooling requirements for the F35 forward fuselage and Mate Through Delivery assembly lines. Develop processes and requirements for new assembly tooling by working with Engineering, Facilities, NC Program, Tool Manufacturing, Stress Department and other engineering groups. Identify the need for additional tooling and support procurement in placement of tools at the supplier. Communicate with suppliers and provide support and direction throughout the design and build process of the tools. Provide problem solving technique to manufacturing personnel associated with proper use of the new assembly tools.

Design detail and assembly tools for several aircraft projects associated with Lockheed including A12, F111, F16, F2, KTX2, T50 and F35.
