I practice therapy primarily through a Gestalt, Existential and Phenomenological lens. I work with couples, families and individuals to support communication and expression, develop appreciation for boundaries, learn about differences, and navigate from a deeper sense of one’s values and needs. My style is calm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative and my approach places emphasis on self-responsibility, here and now awareness and the client as expert of their own experience. I am particularly interested in helping clients experience more meaningful relationships, and greater aliveness and creativity.
