Digital Business Analyst
Job Summary: As a Digital Business Analyst, you will work with our customers (independent retailers) to understand the needs and opportunities to advance their business online. You will leverage that information in the development of technical business requirements for the addition of features and functionality to our digital platform. This role will work closely with the cross-functional team to ensure requirements are clearly communicated, development efforts are completed to spec, and solutions are delivered with exceptional quality. You will bring your experience, fresh ideas and creative thinking to help the team create best-in-class digital experiences and will focus on creating business value, amazing user experiences and exceptional product quality.Job Responsibilities: • Analyze, discuss and document new features and functionality from our independent retailers and communicate requirements to account management, creative, and development teams for implementation• Work within an Agile team to effectively and efficiently execute against the product roadmap• Assist project managers and development teams with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog• Communicate with other cross functional teams and stakeholders to identify, monitor and resolve dependencies• Collaborate with designers and developers to create the optimal user experience • Assist Account Managers in communication and management • Analyze and monitor the market and the competition to identify new opportunities• Participate in ideation sessions for platform evolution
