I have always believed in the uniqueness of people, and I carry this belief into the way I coach aspiring leaders. No two successful leaders are the same. My mission is to help managers develop their unique leadership strategies, based on who they are in essence. I am a former Director of the Management Development Unit at Cranfield University School of Management, and I have undertaken successful coaching assignments at senior levels for Citigroup, European Investment Fund, BT, Barclays Capital, Darlington Borough Council, NCR, London Borough of Newham, Lucent Technologies, Mercer Consulting and many others. I am qualified in the administration of a wide range of psychometric tools, including MBTI, FIRO-B, Thomas International DISC system, Leadership Character & Strategy (LCS), Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument. I am an alumnus of Oxford University, and I have run my own coaching consultancy since 2001.Now semi-retired, I have coached CEOs, Managing Directors and managers at all levels below across the globe. I no longer want to work at the intensive pace I am used to; but I do want to keep sharing what I have learnt about effective management and leadership with up-and-coming managers and aspirant leaders locally.
