Worked on the North West Rail Link. Project activities included earthworks, drainage and track formation. Programming and facilitating the RMS aspects of the project with upgrades to Old Windsor Rd, Miami St, Balmoral Rd and the T-Way. Major component included service relocation involving Telstra, ITS, Electrical, Water, Gas, and Traffic Signals.

Oversee projects ranging from 2-6 million dollars in the Brisbane Metropolitan area. Projects located in Brisbane City Council, Moreton Bay Regional Council and Ipswich City Council. Programmed and managed subdivision developments from initial clearing stages through to practical completion (on-maintenance). Played an integral role in improving company cost monitoring procedures and efficiencies in the current KPI system. Develop programs to monitor individual activities and a project as a whole. Key input and development of company PMP, SMP and EMP. Advancement in project specific risk register, vehicle management plan, and evacuation management plan.

I have worked on a number of water retention and flood mitigation dams throughout Queensland; most notably Wivenhoe, Leslie Harrison, Middle Creek, Awoonga and Lenthalls. Works include dam safety review, risk assessment, geotechnical investigations, slope stability, seismic analysis, and annual inspections.Experience has also been gained in the mining industry involving tailings storage facilities in Cannington and Weipa. I have undergone geotechnical investigations, cracking investigations and installation of instrumentation for future monitoring.

Assist engineers with on call duties, and geotechnicians with the application of instruments and data collection. Involved in scannline mapping, facemapping, hole dipping, wiring up seismic sensors, convergence analysis, extensometers, top loggers, post blast ground support inspections and damage mapping. Completing thesis study on brow damage within drawpoints in Ridgeway Deeps Block Cave. Actively involved in Hydraulic Stimulation experiment with The Centre for Excellence in Mining Innovation (CEMI).

Assist the project engineer with communication among the client, council, designer, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers. A major role in procurement, quality assurance, and safety management of the project. Conducted cost monitoring exercises on earthworks, stormwater and pavement, to track performance, and communicated progress with the site supervisor and project manager.

Worked with AusAID (Australian Government Overseas Aid Program) in Papua New Guinea to raise awareness of HIV-Aids and stop violence against women. Visits schools and hospitals as an ambassador of the national team.

Fulltime professional sportsperson. Played 10 NRL games. Worked with the NRL in the One Community program promoting rugby league in rural areas. Was involved in the Panthers on the Prowl Foundation, working with young kids and also assisted local police in mentoring troubled youths within the area.
