As a development consultant tribal government subject matter specialist, I leverage my psychology expertise and program management skills to create and implement social impact initiatives that address the needs of marginalized communities. I have over twenty years of experience in leading and collaborating with diverse teams, managing federal grants, and delivering presentations to various stakeholders. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in social/community psychology at Sonoma State University, where I am learning how to apply psychological theories and methods to address social issues and promote positive change. I hold a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences from The Evergreen State College, where I developed a broad and interdisciplinary perspective on human behavior and society. I am passionate about using my education and experience to empower and support the people and organizations that are working to make the world a better place.
