Worked on Emergency shutdown systems, production pressure systems, wellheads, X-mas trees, manual valves (from annulus valves 2 1/16" to sea line 24"), actuators and other associated pressure containment equipment for the passed 7 years.Worked on many different types of X-mas tree and Well Heads, (WKM, FMC, Drillquip, Cameron, McAvoy, Vetco, Wood Group and Seaboard Lloyd)IWCF Level 4.My duties are but not limited to,-Looking after the integrity of the asset. -Surface Maintenance of the Wellhead and X-mas trees, be this 6 monthly or 12 Monthly Annuli.-Integrity testing of surface and Subsurface safety valves, inflow testing and Flow meter reading.-Gate Valve and Seat replacement.-Actuator Replacement.-Monitoring.-Pressure Testing.-Working alongside Wireline/Slickline.-Greasing/ Lubrication.-Determining issues.-Integrity Management at the Surface.-Annuli Top up and Test.-Plug and Abandonment.I'm energetic, self motivated and I'm flexible and reliable.I have been envolved in numerous removal and/or replacement of X-mas tree valves and pipe work to replacing Gates and Seats on Actuated and Manual valves.Using VR-Tool Lubricator, Valve Removal Tool to replace Valves or even Valve clusters.Keen to learn new skills to continue to develop my career.
