Recruits, selects, trains, supervises and evaluates an on-site apartment management staff responsible for services to a designated apartment region. Provides on-site property management services for the university-owned apartments and houses with assistance from student management staff. On call 24 hours, 7 days a week for emergencies. Keeps residents informed of University issues affecting them. Assists with on-site eviction related activities. Performs related duties as required.
