Director of New Build and OEM Business Development serving as a key member of Curtiss Wright Flow Control Nuclear Group executive team developing sales strategies for all business units within the Nuclear Group. Direct each business unit sales manager and staff associated with Nuclear New Build activities worldwide. Formulate marketing, strategic planning and business-development strategies to produce opportunities and revenue growth.Direct all CWFC business units in worldwide strategic focus of Nuclear New Build and OEM programs. Key account presentations of all CWFC business units’ capabilities for identification of CWFC strategic opportunities specific to strategic alliances (NSSS’s, EPC’s and Teaming Partners), cross – business unit opportunities, bundled procurements, system integration, etc…. Develop and maintain high level relationships within European and MENA Regions associated with Nuclear New Build programs (Areva, EDF- France, EDF-UK, AMEC, Westinghouse, Worley Parsons, Rolls-Royce, ENEC, FANR, CH2M Hill, etc...)Implementation and facilitation of corporate wide New Build CRM for all New Build related activities including contacts, communication, reporting, opportunities, quotations and follow up.Development and implementation of CWFC 5 year strategic plan focused on New Build and OEM accounts.
