Jblm, Wa 98433

Served as the senior engineer operations sergeant major within the I Corps staff. Provides program planning and operations management for both tactical, resource, and infrastructure management for Joint Base Lewis-McChord and other areas within the pacific-rim under the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC). Managed a Corps level (3-Star) engineer staff while providing advice and input into a multitude of Operational Plans (OPLANS). Performed as the lead or supporting advisory role for various projects and taskings undertaken by I Corps.

Fort Leavenworth, Kansas

Performed as a Command Preparation Instructor and Assistant Professor for the Battalion (BN) Command Sergeant Major Development Program (CSMDP) and the Command Team Spouse Development Program (CTSDP) Manager for both BN and Brigade (BDE) programs for the School for Command Preparation. Responsible for small group facilitation of BN level CSMDP curriculum using the experiential learning model. Produced schedules, coordinate nominative-level senior Army mentors, senior spouse mentors, guest speakers, and other Army wide senior leaders to educate future army leaders in the support of both CSMDP and CTSDP programs.

Fort A.P. Hill, Virginia

Served as the Garrison Command Sergeant Major for (USAG) Fort. A.P. Hill, Virginia consisting of 350 civilians and spread over 76,000 acres of training areas. Served as the primary advisor to the Garrison Commander providing facilities, services, training support, and other enabling functions supporting over 80,000 Warriors annually. Enforced discipline and standards ensuring superior customer service was provided by all directorates comprising of 230 Civilians on the Garrison’s Staff. Oversaw and advised in the management of over $650 Million in funds, equipment, facilities, and real property.

Baumholder, Germany

Performed as the Command Sergeant Major for a Combat Engineer Battalion though two combat tours. Implemented policies, training and operations management while enforcing standards of conduct for assigned personnel. Directed the activities of the NCO Support Channel, staff, and mentored all leaders within the organization. Performed as the manager and training professional SME of the unit's leader development program.

Schweinfurt, Germany

Performed as the Garrison Operation Sergeant for the Personnel and Transition Center for United States Army Garrison (USAG) Schweinfurt Garrison Community. Advised and coordinated the efforts for over 40 NSPS and 20 Soldiers/NCOs in daily activities including central processing, military personnel division operations, ID card processing, ACAP, transition, and various other garrison support agencies. Coordinated directly with the USAG command team ensuring synchronization of garrison activities to support both Families and Soldiers within the community. Personably responsible for the accountability of all assigned property valued in excess of $5 million dollars.

Giessen, Germany

Served as a Operations Sergeant for a 418 Soldier Combat Engineer Battalion organic to the 1st BCT, 1st Armored Division forward deployed in United States Army Europe (USAREUR) and Iraq. I was responsible for the management of training, operations and readiness of the organization. I executed orders and taskings for engineer support to the First Brigade Combat Team. I planned, resourced and coordinated actions of both security and operations staff in support of all battalion missions. I supervised, mentored and developed 32 Soldiers and was responsible for the maintenance and readiness for non-tactical vehicles and equipment valued in excess of $160,000.00. I provided leadership and helped to manage the deployment of the 16th Engineer Battalion to Tal Afar and Ramadi, Iraq from 2005-2006 for 15 months. This was a tough deployment. I was again privileged to work for and with great Soldiers that were absolutely committed to the cause.
