My name is Keith Ragin, and I am a student here at George Mason University. I am from Waldorf, Maryland, and was originally born in Washington D.C. My high school program was cybersecurity and so I have been drawn to it from a young age. I took it all four years of high school. In my senior year, I was a part of my school's Cyber Patriot team, and we did well enough to make it to the National Semi-finals. I was also able to take and obtain my IT Specialist certification by Pearson and my Cisco Certified Support Technician certificate. I am now a rising junior who is concentrating in cybersecurity. I plan on obtaining an NSA/DHS Cybersecurity Certificate when I graduate. I also plan on getting my master's in the future. My goals and desires can be achieved by following through with getting a full-time job or internship while displaying my determination and grit.
