• Maintain, create, and revise operation standards for department processes.• Maintain, create, and revise associate, quality, and staff check sheets.• Issue quality alerts for quality defects, customer calls, & scrap trends.• Chart and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly quality performance trends.• Audit plant processes to maintain and meet ISO specifications.• Generate quality nonconformance reports for disposition of suspect/defective product.• Create sort & repair standards for handling of non-conforming parts.• Communicate with customers for IPP change points• Set requirements for IPPAAR approval with customers• Coordinate departments for test trials, new dies, new models, and IPP parts.• Maintain and modify FMEA to coincide with change points in part processes.• Maintain PQCT specifications with internal change points.• Communicate process changes with production floor.• Perform operator yearly performance analysis and communicate areas of excellence & underperformance

Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of industrial ovens, RH chambers, and freezers. Install and repair controllers, heating elements, and machine circuitry. Informed clients of nonconformance and with permission performed repairs as needed.
