As head of the Ackerley Technology Group, I provide leadership, research, resources and strategic vision to the company's other senior management on effective business solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Networking, Web Development, Facilities and Telecommunications. My primary goal is to develop initiatives that effectively combine process and technology to sustain the company's competitive advantages as well as enhancing both revenue and cash flow. My most recent accomplishments include the development of the Ackerley Data Warehouse, the implementation of an online training facility (Element K), the introduction of a project management team to work with engineering and the broadcast division on the Digital CentralCasting and ParkerVision implementations, the co-development of "KBWorld" a state of the art operating & inventory system for the outdoor advertising business and the completion of the Outdoor marketing project. My team is currently working on our Internet business development strategy, an Intranet strategy for the entire company as well as the selection & implementation of a HR system. I have also been instrumental in building the backbone of our communications structure (the Wide Area Network), negotiating enterprise wide software license agreements, as well as initiating hardware, software, security and backup standards to protect and enhance our technology environment. I am also a member of the Ackerley Ventures committee, which identifies investment opportunities in new media that fit with The Ackerley Group's core businesses.

As principal accounting officer of thecompany, I had full financial and Information Technology responsibility for a $300 million, advertising, media and entertainment company. Specific duties included management of the information technology function which entailed systems development and integration as well asnetwork and platform infrastructure. My financial responsibilities included financial statementconsolidation, reporting and interpretation of operating results, budgets, cash flow forecasting, SEC reporting (including the preparation and filing of the company's S-1 & S-3 registration statements), insurance and employee benefit administration, data processing and hiring financial management for each of fifteen wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Responsible for thefinancial management of a $30 million display advertising company with 30 sales offices and130 profit centers.
