Managing a subordinate team of Resource Managers, mobile work force and subcontractors to jeopardy manage and deliver PPM and reactive breakdowns to contracted SLA and KPI for major Telecoms Managed Services contractor.

Managed a team for the region to undertake the PPM and Reactive works on Telecoms remote base station sites, to client critical SLA/KPI, to include in house and sub contracted mobile work force. Also responsible for static engineer workforce to 5x Client Critical Area Switching Centres.
