I have worked in Construction for over Forty years on the tools as they say for employers and myself. I have also taught Construction at level three in further education colleges in Brickwork and Multi Skills.I have taught Health and Safety to industry and I was the designated person for IOSH and I am a member of the professional body IOSH. My passion is education, I thoroughly enjoy passing on my skills and knowledge to future generations, and with considerable success. This passion crosses over into a Health and Safety where educating people on how to keep safe and healthy is paramount, not to mention ensuring employers are compliant with both statute and common law. I have over twenty years experience teaching Brickwork at all levels from level 1- level 3 and course co ordinator at level 3. I have worked with the awarding bodies City and Guilds, C Skills B Tech and NOCN.I have taught Multi Skills and Maintenance Operations to school children and adults in a working environment (NVQ) I have taught full time in house courses and day release NVQ courses and carried out on site assessing of apprentices.I have taken part in regulatory Inspections by OFSTED and Quality Assurance visits by the External Verifiers of numerous awarding bodies.My results for student achievement have always exceeded the National Bench Marks and I have always had a good retention and success rate with students.I have recently returned back to site and for two years I have been working on the tools and I have used this time to update myself with new Industry developments.Qualifications include but not limited to:Advanced Craft Brickwork level 3Assessor award level 3Verifier award level 4 Advanced Certificate in Education level 6 NEBOSH General Certificate level 3NEBOSH Construction Certificate level 3 NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management level 3 NEBOSH Diploma level 6
