Keith Macomber is the founder of KSM Coaching, a career leadership development practice. He coaches, guides, and supports business professionals through career transitions and to achieve their full potential as leaders. Keith is passionate about forming a close alliance that allows clients the space to focus, overcome obstacles and build clarity - all in the service of deepening the learning, moving the action forward and achieving their goals. He is a certified professional coach, having earned the ACC designation from the International Coaching Federation and the CPCC designation from the prominent Co-Active Training Institute.Prior to coaching, Keith was a senior executive search consultant for 25 years. He was a partner with two of the largest global executive search firms, where he recruited senior professionals in the asset and wealth management, banking, and insurance industries on behalf of his clients. Keith managed hundreds of client assignments where he guided and built relationships with thousands of business professionals in career transition. This rich executive search experience gives him unique insights and perspectives that enhance the coaching relationship. Before search, Keith spent ten years on Wall Street in the fixed income capital markets. He is a graduate of Colgate University with a degree in History.
