At Canadian Aviator, I have been a regular contributor for the past handful of years. My columns tend to stay in the world of float flying, but cover a wide range of topics such as flying techniques, personal experiences, safety concerns (weather, pilot fatigue etc.), insurance issues, aircraft maintenance, history as well as human nature. I like to try to teach through story telling using the last twenty five years of being in the float flying industry as a backdrop for some of the tough lessons I have learned.
