He provides assistance for other sections ofthe paint line as and when required and is often called upon to assist other departments in other factoryroles – regularly performing extended working hours.I'm often training new members of staff within the packing area of the paint line to be proficient membersof the team. I communicate well with all levels of Personnel at Smart Systems and offers suggestions ofareas of improvement and contributes to discussions & meetings. Show less
