Responsible for initiating effective go-to-market sales programs that meet mutual revenue and margin goals.Spearheaded an OEM agreement with IBM that included reselling each company’s flagship RAID arrays, multiple joint development efforts, the cross licensing of virtualization technologies, and joint promotion of standards-based interoperability. The IBM relationship was the first of its kind in the storage industry and generated over $1 Billion in incremental revenue over a 3 year period. Led 5 separate cross-functional program teams consisting of over 50 individual members.
