Keith Schweizer has spent his adult life using his personal and professional career experiences to help develop his interest of bringing people together for a common purpose. His career with the U.S. Army, first as an enlisted soldier, and then 30 plus years as an Army Acquisition Corp civilian has provided many opportunities to fine tune his practice.  Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Davenport University and a Master of Global Leadership and Management from Lawrence Technological University. Keith is a Harvard University Kennedy School Senior Executive Fellow Alumni and the Defense Acquisition University Senior Service College Fellowship alumni.  He holds a keen interest and practice in Organization Development, specifically Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and Positive Organizational Scholarship. Keith has co-planned and conducted several large AI summits alongside leaders in the field. He is an alumni of the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business - Executive Positive Leadership course. He has also attended Georgetown University’s Seminar for Executives on Legislative Operations with hands-on congressional experience. Keith has held multiple significant leadership positions solving the U.S. Army’s most complex acquisition problems by leveraging and putting to practice his experience and the principles learned from his world class education. His mindful presence creates a calm, clear, and positive environment that grows success and positive results. He has a leadership practice that builds positive organizations defined by engaged associates, empowered people, and a culture of collaboration and trust.
