Trustee and Member of a 3 person Senior Management Team that has built a Charity from the ground up. Responsibile for the strategic planning and development of the Charities interests. Duties include, reporting to and advising the Board, liason with Revenue / CRO. Public Relations, Human resources, conflict resolution, compliance with the Charities Regulator and day to day management of the Charity.Muintir Mhuire cares for young people aged 18 upwards who need "Time Out". Over the past nine years over 100 people have spent time with the Charity residentially whilst thousands have come for daily help. Many came at the point of Suicide, thankfully none have been lost to suicide and all are doing well since.

Responsible for the development of the Charity. Research and production of Website and promotional literature production. Development of the Outreach Charity Shop aspect to the Charity. Preparation of Funding proposals. Lead Principal in organising a Volunteer Led programme Building the communities first residence. Health and Safety compliance and the receipt of Planning permission for this development.

Was invited on the board as Director to D.E.C due to experience in Managing and developing Muintir Mhuire. Advising the board on all matters of compliance, strategic planning, and charitable aspects of the Charity.

Leading a dedicated team of Volunteers who source Medical equipment, living utensils, food and clothes for export from Ireland. The exporting and sourcing of approx € 5m of specialised hospital equipment and organising of shipping containers to hospitals, clinics, orphanages and individuals who need it most. Cutting out the agencies we guarantee each assignment reaches its destination.

Extensive and practicable experience in all aspects of building construction, from planning to completion. Built up company of 10 employees and 30 -40 subcontractors, mostly in specialist one off housing.
