My role within Chilli is Engineering Manager with a team of engineers and office based first line support working for me. I hold monthly performance meetings with the engineers, monthly one to one reviews with each of them to discuss their individual performance, KPIs and feedback. Whilst working for CMS I was the Senior Engineer. My role was very varied and included: -Working with the Sales Team to understand customer needs and complete Pre-Sales Consultations with Customer and Salesman, providing solutions to customers needs. Completing site surveys and negotiating with the IT Manager for both telephone and Cat5/6 installations. Actually carrying out the installation and making myself available for any advice they may need during or afterwards. I also maintained and serviced existing systems. This often included fault finding and replacing part or full systems. I take pride in my work and work to a very high standard, according to BS 7671.Reason for leaving - Company unfortunately went into voluntary liquidation.

I was part of a team of people who installed telephone systems within US Airforce bases in Europe and the UK including Menwith Hill, North Yorks and Aviano, Italy.We installed Meridian SL100s and Option 12 Cs up to 9 thousand user extensions and one thousand trunks.
