During this time he has successfully represented the travel retail and duty free industry on a number of strategic political issues and has helped build an industry representative body that is very much focused on the strategic development of a unique retail channel. Prior to this Spinks held a number of senior positions with a major international FMCG company, including 12 years as Public Affairs Director for its international duty free division.
