Keith Stead Associates will offer training and products related to the Rickter Scale®.This new entity will be led by Keith Stead who is the co-developer of the Rickter Scale® Process, supported by a team of Associates across the UK and Europe. The Rickter Scale® Process encourages individuals to: engage with your project, raises their self-awareness regarding where they are and where they would like to be in their lives, explore possibilities in order to make informed choices, take responsibility for their goals and contribute to a supported action plan. Keith Stead Associates will have a social purpose, and a mission ‘to awaken individuals to Choice, Ownership, Responsibility and Empowerment’. These CORE values will support people in working towards their potential, and provide the means of recording that journey in terms of both the outcomes they achieve and the distance they have travelled towards their goals.
