I manage a team of Shift 5 and Shift 7 infrastructure engineers responsible for production operational support to Manufacturing Automation Infrastructure Systems.Our team installs, integrates, tests, configures, and supports factory computing clients and servers across Windows, UNIX, Virtual Machines (VMs) and on-prem Cloud environments, plus the storage environments for critical factory data. The team members coordinate customer requirements and deliver the technical infrastructure solutions. They utilize advanced troubleshooting skills and Model Based Problem Solving (MBPS) methodologies to solve systems issues. Members actively participate in virtual factory (VF) groups to drive continuous improvement and achieve systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.
