Reporting directly to the CEO, I lead the Operations Division with 9 direct reports ,45 staff and 585 casual employees in the delivery of Finance, HR, IT, Accommodation ,Corporate Communications and Language Services functions. I was accountable for management and stewardship of the agency's finances consisting of an expenditure budget of $20m and net revenue budget of $5m.

The role acted as the Finance Relationship Manager to the Television Division’s Executive and was responsible for the production of monthly Television production and financial reports to assist in the budget management of all produced and purchased programs across the television slate.As a member of the Production and Funding team I provided budget, financial and risk management advice in the commissioning process for Production proposals and purchased programs.
