A dynamic and self motivated individual with 25 years experience in the financial services sector working in both live and legacy business environments. As well as technical and management skills, I also have a strong sales background with a natural talent for exceeding goals and objectives. I am highly regarded as an excellent negotiator and have a proven track record of surpassing clients' and customers' expectations. Having concluded multi-million dollar business deals with companies worldwide, I have an extensive network of contacts. Historically I have represented my employers on overseas business trips to the USA and Europe; and more recently in my current role, South East Asia. Since 2013, I have been involved in the UK property market and successfully launched and ran a sales and acquisitions company primarily for overseas clients. In 2015, this was expanded to include local estate agency services. I am now the Director and shareholder of a property company, Complete Property Group Limited, offering comprehensive property services including sales, acquisitions, investments, letting and management, block management, refurbishment and maintenance. Building on the success of Cai-Capital and Hill-Mathieson & Partners (HM&P), we concluded a management buy out of HM&P in November 2016 and the services of the former companies where merged and incorporated under one distinctive company and brand "Complete Property Group Limited".
